NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for the Members of the Samoa Institute of Accountants for the year ended 31 December 2022 will be held at the Taumeasina Island Resort Conference centre on Thursday, 30^th March 2023 at 4:00pm.

To receive and approve the Institute’s Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 and the Budget for 2023 financial year

To elect a Council for 2023
General matters

Nominations of seven (7) Council members must be received by Wednesday 22^nd March 2023 no later than 4:00pm. Nominations must be in writing and require the endorsement by two (2) members qualified to vote at the election and the consent of the nominee.
