The Secretariat runs the Institute's office on the 3rd Floor of the SNPF Building in Apia. They handle member enquiries and registrations, the CA Program, training and events, and the Register of Members. Call, email or drop in during office hours.

Chartered Accountant with over two decades in financial management, Treasurer of the Institute since 2019 and a facilitator of the CA Program.
With over two decades of diverse experience in financial management, Tina is a Chartered Accountant with experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business compliance. Her work spans telecommunications, hospitality, sports administration and more, reflecting her adaptability and commitment to excellence across various sectors.
Tina currently holds a Certificate of Public Practice (CPP) from the Samoa Institute of Accountants. She has held pivotal roles in leading organisations, such as Chief Financial Officer for Digicel Samoa, Financial Consultant with Samoa Submarine Cable Company (SSCC), Financial Consultant for Lava Hotel, and Financial Consultant for SkyEye Pacific, to name a few.
She is also passionately affiliated with other non-profit organisations, assisting them on financial management matters, and is a current Board Member of the Samoa Airport Authority. More recently her focus has been capacity building and ensuring the next generation of accountants and the accounting fraternity maintain high standards and professionalism. She has been on the Council of the Samoa Institute of Accountants as its Treasurer since 2019, and is a Facilitator for the Chartered Accountant (CA) Program for accrediting accounting professionals as Chartered Accountants.
Chartered Accountant and MBA graduate, Finance Manager of the Samoa Ports Authority, serving her second term on the Council as Secretary.
Ms Moe Lene is a CA as well as an MBA graduate from the University of the South Pacific. This is her second term on the Council, as well as Secretary. Before becoming Secretary of the Council, Moe was an active member of the Social Committee, which is responsible for fundraising and other social activities for the Institute.
She is the Finance Manager for the Samoa Ports Authority, a post she has held for more than seven years.
