Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for the Members of the Samoa Institute of Accountants for the year ended 31 December 2020 will be held at the Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s Hotel Ballroom on Friday, 26th March 2021 at 4:00pm.

3. To receive and discuss the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 2020
4. To receive and discuss the President’s Report for 2020
5. To receive and approve the Institute’s Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the Budget for 2021 financial year
6. To elect an Auditor for 2021
7. To elect a Council for 2021
8. General matters

Nominations of seven (7) Council members must be received by Friday 19th March 2021 no later than 4:00pm. Nominations must be in writing and require the endorsement by two (2) members qualified to vote at the election and the consent of the nominee.
